it depends on how excessively you smoke or consume caffeine in your pregnancy
daily routine. Studies state that large amount of caffeine consumption or
smoking may lead to infertility and the miscarriage issues.
Foods which contain caffeine include chocolates, ice cream
and in drinks coffee, soft drinks etc. It is being said that two cups of coffee
contain for about 200mg of caffeine. You might be thinking of how much caffeine
during pregnancy first trimester is safe? Caffeine is a stimulant and
cause increase in heart beat and blood circulation. Medical experts suggest
that less than 200mg of caffeine can be used and could be safe. You might be
